Service Description

Couples therapy—and therapy for people in polyamorous or otherwise non-monogamous relationships—is a space to explore the dynamics, challenges, and strengths of your connection(s) in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and affirming of your values. Whether you are navigating communication issues, conflict, intimacy, parenting, boundaries, jealousy, or life transitions, this work is about fostering clarity, mutual understanding, and emotional connection. We recognize that relationships come in many forms, and that not all models fit into traditional norms. Therapy here is grounded in a nonjudgmental stance toward diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy, relationship anarchy, hierarchical and non-hierarchical polyamory, and kink-involved dynamics. If your relationship doesn’t look like what’s often portrayed as “normal,” that’s not a problem—it’s a starting point. Sessions provide a safe environment to reflect on what each person needs and values, and how those needs intersect or diverge. This might involve untangling past hurts, reworking unspoken agreements, or finding new ways to show up for each other. For polycules, we tailor the work to the specific structure and concerns of the group—whether you’re navigating triads, Vs, quads, or more fluid constellations. Importantly, this is not about trying to “fix” you or make your relationship conform to any ideal. Instead, we work collaboratively to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible. We support open, direct conversations about trust, attachment, autonomy, and care—always with respect for the dignity and agency of everyone involved. Whether you’re starting therapy proactively or facing a crisis, this space is here to hold complexity without judgment and to support relationships that are intentional, honest, and resilient.
