I am a multilingual Counselling Psychologist with a heart for creating spaces of hope and healing. In my practice, I strive to offer a safe, warm, and compassionate environment where clients can bring their raw, tender, and authentic selves — no matter where life’s journey has led them.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, allowing me to draw from different perspectives and tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. This creates a holistic and compassionate space for growth, healing, and authentic self-discovery. Together, we navigate life’s challenges whether that means gently navigating the challenges of anxiety and depression, strengthening relationships, making sense of loss, fostering resilience during times of transition, or exploring identity and self-understanding.

I have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and individuals seeking support with emotional well-being, relationship difficulties, career and academic concerns, as well as grief and trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting emerging adults as they navigate the complex process of identity formation, life transitions, and finding their place in the world.

Rooted in South African communities and guided by a deep commitment to human connection, I see therapy as a collaborative journey. My hope is that every client who enters my space feels held, understood, and are able to exist in a space that honours their strength, meaning, and capacity for becoming.
