Career assessment and guidance is a process that assist people in making informed decision about subject choice, tertiary studies and career paths. This service may be helpful to teens, young adults and adults who would like to make an informed decision within their professional development. The career assessment allow people to gain a holistic understanding of themselves, the world of study and the world of work.

The process involves a narrative interview during the first session aimed at exploring the individual's unique interests, talents, passions and values. 

The second stage is a formal assessment where the individual completes aptitude, personality and career interest questionnaires.
